The AGT accredited ladder training course will equip the delegate with the knowledge and skills to use a ladder safely when working at height.
From the ground to the gutter, we will train the delegate on how to safely access a secured ladder using a personal fall protection equipment designed for ladder use in a working environment.

This training course, generally known as ladder training level 2 has been developed by Apple Group Training (AGT) for those who use ladders at work but require two hands free to complete the task when working at height off a portable ladder.
This course covers the awareness and practical use of ladders including the AGT fall protection kit that has been developed to reduce the risk of a person falling of a ladder :

Train delegates on how to identify the hazards and risks when using ladders at work.
Provide information on the statuary laws and the latest ladder standards (EN131 Professional)
How to choose the correct personal fall protection PPE that is associated with the use of a ladder.
Teach delegates on the correct procedure of setting up a ladder using ladder stabalisation equipment (microlite), securing a ladder to reduce the risk of any movement in compliance with the working at height regulations.
This ladder training course level two, is accredited through CPD (Continuous Professional Development) under the banner of Apple Group Training.
Delegates successfully completing this training course will receive a certificate that may be used as evidence of Continuous Professional Development (CPD) within your industry.
The course is also accredited under the banner of the confederation of aerial industries.
AGT (Apple Group Training) can provide the ladder training course level 2 at any of our locations or we can come to you.
If you cannot travel to one of our training centre locations then we can come to your premises to provide training on-site as long as your workplace is suitable.
